Real estate firm Saya Group announced on Sunday its plan to infuse Rs 4,000 crore over the next three years into its projects in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. This investment encompasses a 2.33 million square feet commercial area, where Rs 2,500 crore will be allocated, along with Rs 1,500 crore in a luxury high-end residential project situated in Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram.
The ongoing flagship project, Saya Status, located adjacent to the Noida-Greater Expressway, takes the forefront. This project is set to become India’s tallest mall, covering an expansive area of 1.4 million square feet, with an expected possession date in 2025, according to a statement from the company.
Vikas Bhasin, Chairman and Managing Director of Saya Group, emphasized the company’s “impeccable track record of delivering projects ahead of their designated deadlines.” Bhasin stated that this achievement underscores the firm’s robust financial foundation and unwavering commitment to timely project delivery. The group’s fully paid-up lands further enhance its reputation as a reliable and trustworthy developer.
The group highlighted the swift progress of its significant commercial projects, including Saya Piazza in Jaypee Wish Town and Saya South X in Greater Noida West, both nearing completion with possession dates on the horizon.
